    Thanks! Although the Q article was specifically geared toward viewing IMC messages, I was able to use the tool described (MDBVU32) to view the hidden "Deferred Actions" folder in the user's Private Information Store. Sure enough, there were a bunch of items in that folder. Thanks again!
