Thank you both very much! I have access to the SAT and also telnet/ssh if I could remember the password :O). Perhaps not remembering is good if I can get into trouble too quickly that way. How to find all line appearances...
On a Mitel 3300 is there an easy way to find out everywhere a non-prime extension appears? I have some extension numbers that are used by our phone vendor to forward to Voice mail. I think he has set up a 'phantom extension' to do this...but have no way to find it (LOCATE only seems to find...- djlawler
