I have a user at a remote site that is having a problem with dropped calls. When the user is on a call and a second call comes in on his second call appearance, the audio on the first call is dropped, however, the first call is not disconnected and the timer continues to count...
thanks for you help....just incase anyone else was looking at this thread, i found another way to get this working...for some reason if you have the following configuration, caller ID works on bridged lines (the right-hand column and the second page of the station's setup):
