I just tried it now, it did not go for the first run then i checked and found this option in the import dialog box :'Duplicate handling".. by default the value is at 'Ignore new record', please change this to 'Overwrite existing records' then run the import it it should work. I just did it...

have you been able to do this.... I am just thinking of something, could you export both groups you want to export/import the users from to a text file. Edit this text, copy the users from one group to the other, remove them from the initial group.

I collect data everyday from the Avaya media server (G350/S8500 CM release 2.1.11) and in the CDR (field sec-dur) at least one record or two indicates a call duration of 95903 (9h59'03") which is not normal of course since nobody ever calls for such a long duration.

4602 IP phones not saving static IP configurations. After finishing all settings, including static IP address, callsrv address, QoS and others; on restarting the phone goes back to DHCP mode after a while. of course not having a DHCP server the phone does not get any IP.
