Hallo! I have a MD110 with BC10.0/PAQ-C and a VSU2 /3 R4A. I set queue announcement number in ACD group. I have problems because the VSU is getting blocking a lot of times, and I have to do a RFBOI over the VSU. BOARDID BLOCKING DISTMARK LINELOCK 085...- niska
