Proxy Server Settings in IE6
Sounds like it could be a setting in their profile. Are you using roaming or locked profiles? Is it PC specific, or does it follow the user to other pc's?- NikonShooter

Multiple calendars in one
Not positive about this, but I believe the only way to get a shared calendar is with Exchange, and shared calendars are not available to the stand alone versions of Outlook.- NikonShooter
