I'm sorry I havn't gotten back on this. I did find the solution. The Sonicwall security was taking over the address of the router. The solution was to go into the router and change its address, Then restart the PC. Thanks for your help.

Thanks, I am sorry I was not clear. When I click on my userid I get a password prompt, but the system does not accept the correct password. Even for users who do not have passwords the system asks for a password and the blank password does not work. This just started happening yesterday.
