Thanks for the help. I've tried your suggestions and none work. If and when I'm able to do the last suggestion it seems to start moving things around in the Object Navigator view. The changes I need to make is this report are very trivial but so far I haven't been able to change much of anything...

One would think but in this case it doesn't work. It seems these are each a separate frame. I can select each individually but I can never bring them to the top.

Being new to Oracle Reports I may have used the incorrect term to describe the report contents but here is what it is. There are four report 'pages' (actually images of actual medical forms) that are in a single report. In the report editor I can only see the topmost 'layer' and I can't seem to...
