xp, sp2(problem was happening before sp2 install, and continues after i installed it), and should be version of ie that comes with sp2. Ie version shouldnt matter too much, as no other program can access the internet(like ms defender updates, etc). -

Yeah, same issue on the other one. It will grab an ip address from dhcp, and it will transfer say 20-100 packets each way, but no internet. Although both can access the routers website(http://192.168.0.1). -
