No I can't log into FOH from BOH. I do not have anyone on the floor with ability to delete items from a check. I am always there to correct. Sometiems I am home and I need to delete something so I drive to restaurant (I live three miles away). It would be easier to do it from home if I could log in.
I tried copying the file in windows system 32 called drivers. the computer started but gave error msg corupted system 32 file run set up and select r. I did it took me to the windows directory and I did not know what to do next.
