    Job immediately done problem?

    Thanks for all the help. We moved the tape unit to the Windows Small Business Server and ordered the latest ArcServe software for SBS. Installed a trial version and it worked fine.

    Modifying job very slow on 11.1 problem.

    The Server has 1Gb of memory and is a 2.8GHz Xeon processor. When modifying the job, cpu usage hardly comes to 60%, so there should be enough left for this purpuse. Upgraded Arcserve to build 3100 (is that SP2?) and still no go. Any other ideas?

    Hi, One of our customers in using Arcserve 11.1 on a Small Business Server 2003. Adding a job works fine, but when trying to modify it, it takes minutes to show the job on screen and changing something will also takes minutes to show it on screen. Any idea? Thanks in advance...

    Hi, I'm using Arcserve 9.x build 2200 on a Windows 2003 server. When I create a new backup job and schedule it or 'run now', job status wil immediately go to 'Done'. So no backup done, no error messages, no Job Log entry, nothing. Tape unit, hp 6x40, seems to work fine, I can erase and format...
