Crystal Reports refusing to print on Windows XP to HP DeskJet 640C

Formatting Doughnut Chart Cr9
Does anyone know how to format the figure in the center of a doughnut chart? The chart always returns a whole dollar amount. I need the dollars and cents. I've tried numerous times to format this section; however, the "Number" tab under the Format Editor does not display for use. Help!- Petendbh
