Thanks for the replies. The way I ended up making it work was to CFA a free analog extension to the external number and make the analog extension the only member of a ringing group for the night service.

Does anyone know if you can install Shoretel 7.0 on a 64 bit server running a 32 bit version of Windows Server 2003 SP2. The server people (Dell) says that windows will run fine, the question is whether or not Shoretel will run.

I had 2 different BCM50s V2.0 have their voicemail lockup and require a reboot in the last couple of weeks. The only way to fix it is to reboot. Has anyone seen this and if so what was the ultimate resolution.
