Got same here in good old Africa, Soft Console freezing, it looks like its freezing when a call is in the att queue and the caller drop the call and when the call is on hold and the caller drop the call.
Thx for the help, i did ran a list trace vdn, vec and ewt, most of the calls are routing correctly, it is just the odd call getting stuck, dwalin i will investigate the dsp resources and get back to you, yes all agents are using ip phones, strangely all worked well until we bounced the system...

Getting this err when i do a display events,"Can't connect call to idle agent split x" it is affecting my call centre in a big way, any Ideas....pls
You can try this:
Change your att vectors to normal vectors, wright additional vectors and point your 3 vdns to the new vectors(each vdn must go to its own vec for the route to number step) add listed directory numbers for your diff VDN's (cant use Att vec with Listed direc numbers) in your...
