We had job at my company for around 80 users who are programmed to take ACD calls to change their Tally mode buttons to Work mode buttons. We couldn't re-program AKYD if any of them left their Headset buttons turned on, etc. Does anyone know if the MAT system is capable of remotely turning...- icurran
