Just un-checked the "Force Authorisation" and it seems to have registered now.

OK thanks - tried that and the extension was created I guess following the 401 error below and then on the second attempt after (I am guessing) the extension has been created there is a 403 error again.
It would make it seem like a licensing issue - the licence I have which system status shows...

I use phone manager pro which executes a small .bat file I found in another thread here to pop incoming calls.
