Network Discovery
5 minutes is a bit fast for network discovery. If you are just looking to get resources discovered quick, set the Network Discovery to run every 2 hours for a duration of 1 hour. Cool, I stunbled on this thread onmy own.. LOL Happy the link helped! Yea, you need to have Automatic Updates not disabled on your clients. You can't do SUS, WSUS with the ITMU in SMS 2003. If you have permision issues after you disable it, Tim Mintner has a great blog post on it...- btucker789

Good point Tim! I assume you have client push installed and enabled to install as discovered? Or, are you manually running client push? If the resources are showing up as not assigned.. sometimes this may be due to a class B subnet or an AD site that's using a class B subnet. If they are...- btucker789
