You can add the call pilot to your LAN. Then so long as you can get to your LAN remotely you should be able to use the callpilot manager remotely. Let me know if you need more help.
Yes they are connected to our LAN via a wireless connection between the two offices. However I spoke with someone from Nortel and they advised I should create a VLAN for voice and one for data. So I"m going to try that next.
I would try to push the BCM as well. Its definitely the easiest way I know of. Plus if they anticipate any future growth it would behoove them to have an adequate infrastructure already in place and working.
I have several IP phones set up in a new office location. They are registered with the BCM and they'll work. However, Occasionally (every 5 minutes or so) they just lose connection and have to reconnect to the BCM. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
