    Other then sitting their and entering data for each and every user, I would like to know what my other options are to populate fields in for AD users. Fields such as the ones found under the ADDRESS, TELEPHONES, and ORGANIZATION tabs are of interest only. Isn't there a 3rd party application...

    Thanks blakey2, Thats eventually what I did after reading DanMIS response, cause I couldn't really find what he was referring to in Exchange System Manager, so I thought that he was referring to Distribution Groups. I think you explained it better.
