Problem solved - we re-installed the client, took of the NMAS option within the client and the Citrix server works perfectly with Novell - and we can see al the servers! Thank you all so much for your kind help!!!

Thanks for the replies Our consultant didn't install the w2K Novell client before the citrix client which I think is causing these problems. Its just strange that we can see 2 of our 4 Novell servers (all setup the same) with the w2k netware client? thats what is making us pull our hair out.....

This sounds more like it - is there a way of changing the W2k supplied client to see IP? or would I have to change my Novell servers in question?

tried mapping using Ip and server name - no good? Something like location cannot be found?? As I said - for some reason I can see three of my Netware servers with the W2k Netware client installed but two won't let me go beyond the top level of the volume (I have full permissions) - I can ping...

I installed the very latest client - it can only be a citrix issue however it is strange that when we have client that is packed with the W2k server we are able to see 2 Netware servers on the WAN?? Thye are both setup the same as the 2 we cannot see?? back to you guys?

I can't browse any further than the top of the Volume of the two servers in question, wont show any directories underneath? Have full permissions on all servers?

I can ping to the server in question but when I try and map to a folder beyond the volume it can't find it? I checked the permission and the Admin user has full right in Netware and on the Windows domain... The same user is able to see 2 other remote sites with the exact same permissions...

Help guys! I have a windows 2000 server and currently have drive mappings to 2 remote Netware servers. However - I cannot map to the 2 other remote Netware servers on my WAN? Is there something I need to setup at the Netware end? I can ping them so its not a comms issue? Any ideas? Doigy

I am trying to map a drive on my Windows 2000 server to one of my 5 Netware servers on my WAN - I am able to map to 3 of my Netware servers on my WAN but for some reason I cannot see 2 of my servers? Any ideas?
