I think you have two possible problems.
The first, in the DSL modem or in the D-Link you have to do the NAT at network 20.1.1.0, and also you have to put the follow route:
ip route 20.1.1.100 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.10
One option is to do NAT in the cisco router with this configuration...
