    The issue resolved itself- I believe it was a Server side/print queue issue. One by one the workstations showed/printed in landscape and portrait.

    Sorry- I forgot I had this thread- I Previously deleted a few templates that the user was not using one at a time until it fixed it and that did it. A corrupt Template... No need to reinstall Word. THANK YOU for the feed back.

    Plenty of V-memory and memory (256) and the hard disk has 3 gig available. Reciently defraged/check disk and up to SP3 for both office and Win2K... No other program does this- Office has been reinstalled as well.

    Word spikes to 100% CPU on startup and shutdown- No other Office products do this. It takes a bit longer to load as well. Any ideas are appreciated.
