That is correct I have a dedicated UCM security server that all elements are registered to. When this one EM element is launched none of the pwds will allow access, although they all work via putty. Any help would be welcome.

OK KCFLHC so how can I do it at this point? I am having issues getting to EM on the leader SS. It does not like any passwords, although I can putty CLI to the SS and it is ok with any of the passwords.
