I have a spare NTDW05AAE5 Avaya CPPM SigServ Hard Drive - Blank that I will never use. Don't know if it's new or refurb'd, but it is still sealed in the anti-static packaging it came in. I hate to just throw it away. Anyone have any ideas as the best place to sell such a thing or is it long...
Looking at a guest mailbox with Custom 1 Message Waiting Indication Option set to Fillmore_Jail. See image attached.
This was set up by our vendor years ago. I can't find anywhere in Call Pilot Manager where this option is listed or defined. There is no message forwarding rule established...
Brand new to CUCM, coming from the Nortel world. We have a phone (7841) with two line appearances, the user's extension and the office main line. When a call comes in and hand piece is lifted, user has to push a button to answer a call.
In the Nortel world, we would set LPK (last pickup key)...
TTY actually has gone into PDT on its own from time to time, having to wait for it to time out to get back to my normal Loads, but I've never used it. Since I'm going to decommission the CS1000E, I'll not pursue it unless I run into more trouble.
Tek-Tips to the rescue again! Went back and reviewed a prior thread on the topic. I outed the PLDN in LD 57 first, then outed the LSNO in LD 18, and then successfully outed x8315's TN. Here's the part that helped:
To OUT the PLDN do the following below.

I'm moving to Cisco UCM in stages from Nortel/Avaya CS1000E 6.0. Need to out the TNs as we convert because the CUCM and CS1000 are bridged, so I need to out the old phones once the CUCM is cut over to make external calls ring on the new phones.
However, I've run into error SCH8825 trying to...
Our IT Service Desk is now functioning on Cisco Contact Center Express. We have the CS1000E and the CUCM bridged so folks with Nortel phones can get to folks that have the Cisco phones and vice versa during our transition. (Pretty slick!)
My question is, when we've cut over Non-ACD phones to...
I'm an accountant turned telecom guy.
Learned on the job, learnin' on the fly.
Felt like a baby in need of a MOM.
Thank God for all of you on Tek-Tips.com!
I'm in the midst of transitioning from our CS1000E with Avaya Aura Contact Center to Cisco CUCM with Contact Center Express. I grew up on...
Sorry, I should have asked: "Anyone still using the 2050 softphone with the USB Audio Adapter with success in Windows 10, or is this old beast just too old to work anymore?
Problem is the USB adapter is not being recognized. A USB device is not on the list to choose from in the i2050...
After not using my softphone over several PC changes, I find myself in a temporary location with a lack of phone jacks. I have the sofphone installed and my phone is showing, but I'm getting no sound through the audio adapater. "USB Telephone Set" shows up under Windows Devices and Printers as...
Sorry for the wordy ineffective communication. The call on KEY 2 disconnects and the phone picks up key 0 with dial tone.
In a related post, GH Trout indicated "Set CLS OLD IRA. With both OLA + IRA, you lift the handset of a ringing phone and it will give you the first open non-ringing line...
Plain old M2008 (not handsfree, no display). CLS set to IRA OLD NID and LPK set to 5. If a call comes in on Key 2, let's say, I'd expect that this ringing line would be answered when picking up the handset. But, it's not. The phone picks up key 0 and gets dial tone and effectively hangs up...

We cant seem to get calls to go. IFC (protocol) is D100. We have two sites with IFC ESS5 working on IP Flex. PBX seems to cancel outgoing calls before SIP can reply. Incoming calls get a busy SIP message. Outgoing calls go to fast busy.
AT&T is also our CPE support. So far, no answers...
