I was sketching out a frame with the polyline tool...wnated to apply a brush stroke to the lines.....I knew it should be simple and finally stumbled upon it. Thanks for your reply tho....very helpful site for beginners. Maynard- MaynardJames

Wow...nevermind....suddenly Combine objects seems to punch out the center. Tried it 10 times before and nada. Ok...nothing to see here...move along :)- MaynardJames

I'm trying to draw a frame in CD12. I pull out a rectangle(fill it) then duplicate it...put it inside the first one.....i want to punch out the center one.....to make a hole inside the outer rectangle. When i trim it...nothing happens. I know this has to be a simple task. Thanks in advance- MaynardJames
