I use VLAN 100 as my management VLAN on my 2924XL. After I upgraded to IOS version 12.0(5)WC13, even though VLAN 1 is admistratively shutdown and VLAN 100 is administratively up, and after this configuration is saved to NVRAM, after a reboot, both VLANs come back as shutdown. I opened a case...
