Did anyone find the answer to this? I just upgraded an s8300 from 1.3 to 3.1.2, it was backing up just fine, so I'm assuming my FTP server is ok. Now I'm getting this message.

It was registering, but could not initialize the phone on the pc. It turned out that when it (the Citrix IAgent) is loaded on the server via remote desktop the option "leave resources at remote" had to be selected. When we reinstalled it this way, it worked fine.
