I found the solution to this question in the eBO installation disc where i could find all the technical requirements for epicor installation.

I found the Service pack 4 for Epicor Enterprise 7.3 and other patches in the epicweb, the only thing that you need is having a username, through your site id.

would somebody tell me please, what´s the bandwidth consume of epicor back office as a client on a server. thanks!
