I tried F11 and nothing happened. I also tried to get to the Navigation pane by going to Creat tab>Navigation but it was grayed out and wouldn't let me click on it. I welcome any more suggestions

When the query is run, I want the user to enter the shift. So, in the Shift field I have the following in the criteria box:
