    DNS entries disappearing

    Select the DNS Server in the DNS utility and Right Click. Select the Update Server Data Files. Seems there is an issue with the changes being cached and overwritten by the other AD servers replicating.

    Robotic Library Hardware Error

    You might want to look into upgrading the tape drive's firmware (most tape drives support this, see the manufacturer's web site). Also replacing the cable to thw tape drive sometimes helps. If the errors still persist, you'll need to call support for the tape drive.
