Are you using the default VM button? If so check the users to see if they have a specific shortcode programmed in that automatically enters their extension and password. If this is how it is set up the remote site may need the shortcodes programmed again.
This is an IP Office 406v2 running 4.1 software. They have 6408D+ phones. One user's external calls are being answered automatically over his speakerphone. Internal calls ring as normal. He is the only one who has this problem and the Automatic Answer option in his phone menu is turned off...
Check your shortcodes to be sure that there is not a shortcode inserting a second 1 after the 91 it should be set up as [9}1N; then have it do 1N Dial.
