i'm trying to intepret the event data 2 cause value. (0x40F41) The DIAG info (4) should tell me the value thats the problem, ie a-law,u-law etc but i cant find the documentation to explain the DIAG part of the event data 2.

i want to run a cms report script that writes to the same file but instead of overwriting the file, it appends the data. I've been trying to change the script but i don't really know vbs. The report line in teh script is like below:

just run the report using CMS supervisor then select the script button to save it as a autoscript. Also set up the user for the scripts on Tools-Options menu so that it will login automatically to run the report. Finally just use windows task scheduler to run script.

ie. if you have an IP trunk between two locations with 30 members, then the max calls is 30?
The amount of bandwidth they use will depend on the codec set used when dialling between the two...
Faststart is an * feature related to 00h323. with *@home its enabled by default.
Nothing special about region 4, just when my pBX(region 1) calls *(region 4) it uses codec 4. see below.

i managed to get an *@home with OOH323 to work with an S8700,cm2.1, it was just an old pc in the same location at the main PBX.
link was set up as a Tie and had to be U-law. So check your network region/codec set up. i had to change other stuff to get it to work. heres some info...
you can have two CDR outputs, i tested CDR2 with netcat and works fine. I believe CDR2 does not have a buffer on the PBX but CDR1 does.
