Thanks to everyone who answered, I've found a way to change the TCP address working on the register file but I have to restart the PC to apply the modified value. Does anybody knows what I have to do to apply it without restarting the PC just like pushing the Apply button in the network...
How can I change the my TCP address without typing it in the network properties, may I change it depending on the user name or is there any utility that allows changing it at boot time by means of a configuration file or anything like this?
