Yes the way multi user clients work is that each profile on the machine gets a c:\documentsandsettings\username\localfiles\lotus\notes\data file structure. As a result the lotus client should be pointing at the c\lotus\notes\data (I think) -

Hey thanks the way the client account is set up on the machine is that it is a multi user account. As of now there are two users of the machine in question and both of them have separate accounts. -
