Are you sure that its a client computer causing the print spooler to crash and not like an error on the server. If possible I would recomend trying to reinstall printer services on that server. That might do the trick.

Basicly the error is when you install internet explorer there are a few files that do not get registered and then internet exporer can not find them so it brings up an error. you may look at the script that we wrote to fix this here www.techwebhosting.com/regfix.bat
