I have found this really need tool which exports them into a csv file which can then be imported into the contacts.

I found this file it is stored in the users profile, which is application data\microsoft\outlook\
But this file had already been copied across when the original profile was copied. Is there any chance of exctacting these so i can at least import them into the contacts list?
Ok i followed the instructions of the microsoft document you suggested and the settings are already setup. I have already got DNS fowarders setup for external address, and have reverse lookups on all three DC's.
