hi i am upgrading a bcm 3.6 to 4.0 and ran the pre check tool for the upgrade and got a fail of this.
FAIL: BCM drive E: check. Drive E: does NOT have sufficient space
i can find lots of documents on cleaning out the F: and D: drive but nothing about the E:

hi im attempting to upgrade a BCM 400 3.7 to a 4.0 i run the pre check tool for the system and the E: drive is full.
i have deleted files in the C: drive before using the 9 pin but i do not know what files to get rid of in the E: drive can anyone help

hey i have a bcm 50 and 4 new 1120e ip phones but everytime i plug in the power supply all they do is blink is there anything im supposed to do differently to these? is there any documentation. PLZ can someone help me.

i actually had the same problem with one of the BCMs i was working on and i called nortel directly they said that they have had a few similar problems with a couple other BCMs. they told me to call it a OBF.
