ePO, or ME

McAfee & HP printer causing Word to freeze.
Try excluding the following and see if you get better. c:\windows\spool\ c:\windows\spoolss.dll c:\windows\spool32.exe c:\windows\system\hp*.dll Seems to work in the lab. Dege- Dege2002
