I reached out to the provider and apparently they updated all their equipment in the field and changed settings in their equipment for my PRI resulting in the call out problem. They fixed the problem, so we're all good now. Thank you for all the responses.

My customer wants a wireless headset. I'd like to use the Plantronics CS540, but I'm stuck on if I need the Wireless Adapter add-on that connects to the headset jack on the phone. Won't this work on the telephone if I programm a Headset button without the need for the Wireless Adapter?
