After posting my initial post I found the link on the Home page called "Configure In-skin Voice Mail
Tada! That opened the web interface to manage the voicemail system.
Once I found that resetting the mailbox password, etc was easy to find.

At the kvm on the computer rack root/root01 gets me into [root@HPDom0]

I used Putty to SSH to SMGR and found that root/root01 doesn't work.

S8800 w/ CM 6.0
Modular Messaging 5.2 (MSS and dual MAS)
Calls to ext 4051 and 6473 need to go to the same mailbox at subscriber 4051.
So I added 6473 as a Secondary Extension to Subscriber 4051. System said changes were successful.

Calls from Cisco to Avaya work...unless the extension on the Avaya side does not pickup.
When call is routed to Hunt 99 for VM the call fails.

Nothing. No activity. Makes me more convinced Cisco isn't reaching the Avaya.
If the call is reaching the S8300 it is getting released by the Procr for some reason and never being passed to the trunk.
Could it be a bug? Maybe needs a patch?
