well they were plugged into two different jacks in two different rooms. Meaning we took it out of an office, plugged it into the conference room, and then back into the office, and now its programmed as the conference room phone, and has lost all of its line programming.- Immunology11

So here is the situation we have many M7324's and we moved one into the conference room to make a conference call with it. Originally this phone we used had all of its programming as ext 222. We have 8 pots lines and 8 800-lines and there were buttons for all on this. Now the phone seems to...- Immunology11
