Thanks Guys, I am running eCRM on SQL and ACCPAC ver 5.0a on Pervasive, using TS on Win 2000. On my server SQL using 1.5GB RAM and Pervasive 0.5GB. IS there a memory release using these products on W2000.

I am running a SQL app (ecm) and a4w on pervasive. I am running W2000 TS with 4GB RAM. SQL grabs all mem and forces server to look for more VM. Mem therefore running at 80-90% constantly. IS this normal or how can I control the memory better for SQL.

Problem solved. The time out settings on vpn client were low.

I have a feeling it is the version of VPN I am using (GNAT) . Will try a new/updated version and let you know.

I change the colours in eware.css as the green is unreadable. white works great but every so often it changes back to the green. Any ideas

Have solved the prob. W2000 TS can only support 256 colours. Need to access the eCRM prog to change the colours within eCRM to select a better colour as frame background to work with W2000 TS. Does anyone know where this located?

Every so often my IC vendor file dissappears. Does anyone know why. I used to have a space prob, but this is ok now. Will a dbdump/load sort out this prob

Using Windws XP Pro as desktops I have read a tek note in 2003, that W2000 TS only supports RDP5.0 which supports only 256 colours. If you want increased res, you have to go to RDP 5.1 which is supported by W2003 server. If anyone knows whether there is a fix ie RDP5.1 working on W2000 please...

Currently the default TS display setting for remote users is 256 colour. How do I change this. The server is currently set at 32 bit colour.

Thanks Jay, I have another hard drive in the same machine. Can I just copy the shared folder with the data across, leaving the system files. The path in DB setup is // rather than mapped drive because I have eCRM on the bigger drive. DO that then a IIS reset?

My IC vendors keep on dissappearing. I re-export them and it works for a while and then they dissappear. Is this a space issue as I am very low on free space on my hard drive.

I am running 5.0A I have installed Sales Analysis but do not want to use it anymore. Is it ok to delete the SH Files or must I deactivate, as I am running out of space on my hard drive.
