    Yes it goes to the AA first then the 0 calls go to her ext. the office needs to be able to check messages when she is gone and they don't want to get in to her personal mailbox. So how can I have her run the main console with her ext number tied to it and still have calls that 0 out to her...

    I have an operator on a new Magix system that has the dial 0 ring to her extension 221. 221 will be her personal extension. If she doesn't answer the phone I need to figure out how to route the call to 9991 or another vmail box that can light her 4424ld+ message lamp. Any ideas?
