I would like to install the snapshot.cnk on my test server gp9.0. I have the tool. How do you actually perform the installation?

I wanted to inquire on the capabilities to print to pdf form within great plains..when you print to screen the option appears but is grayed out?

What table,where is Reason for change stores in GP 9.0 This is part GP HR and is part of the setup for GP HR..

Is it possible to change a employee paycode history. We need to check the box for futa on teh pay code history..so tax reprots will be correct.. or is there another way to correct this

We run a backup of our prepared payroll each week. This is right before we run checks in case we ned to re-run etc .. This process is done through sql currently via I/T support. IS it possible to have the payroll admin run this back up without i/T support?
