Actually, I just figured out a more convenient way for non-admin users to do this. They can send the vm to themselves, and send copies of the message from their own mailbox using option 5. Thanks though! Anna-Lyssa

Thanks for coming to the rescue... It's a message that shows up on the screen of the phone calling his extension when he is on another line. In french the exact message is: "Hors service". His voicemail seems to be fine.

Can anyone help? It's Meridian 7310. Why is it that when someone calls this phone when it is already in use, it indicates that it is "out of service"? Help! I need to solve this asap & would much rather not have to reprogram the phone completely.
