For some reason, our BCM400 v3.0 doesn't allow me to login. Both supervisor/ee_admin passwords are not accepted, although i know my passwords are correct, I tried the defaults also.
Anyway, I have good backup files created by BCM400 BRU Utility. Is there any way to extract BRU file?
Thanks...
I tried both supervisor/visor, ee_admin/PlsChgMe!.
