    For some reason, our BCM400 v3.0 doesn't allow me to login. Both supervisor/ee_admin passwords are not accepted, although i know my passwords are correct, I tried the defaults also. Anyway, I have good backup files created by BCM400 BRU Utility. Is there any way to extract BRU file? Thanks...

    I tried both supervisor/visor, ee_admin/PlsChgMe!. yeah, it suppose not to make any changes, but it did. This happened before and we had to send the box to Nortel for fresh install. Nortel explained that it's because of 3.0 is too old. I'm trying to upgrade to 3.5, then to 3.7 then to 4.0...

    Disconnect timer is not the issue, I tested it even bringing it down to 46ms, there is something else need to be tuned.
