Since it only happens to one employee then I would assume the problem is his account or policies applied to his account. HTH- quind

Backup Exec 10.d User Account Question
Are you on AD? Users that are admins should have access to the servers. What we did was create a backup service account which ran BE. Run BE against that versus user accts. HTH- quind
