Hello Bluemr2, We use version 4.02.03a sinds 04-01-2007. The connection from the BCM400 to the ConsoleNet server is from then Nortel Lan CTE to the PBXserver on the ConsoleNet server. We don't have callcenter license. In the LanCTE option's I can't find any option for the refresh stat.

Does someone use IPView (Console Net). We have the problem that the program is working very slow. It take some time before the ringing phone will be 'ringing' on the screen (2-5 sec). This is very irritating for our receptionistes.

Do you have the BCM and your Pc in the same network segment? I had the same. I fixed it by changing my Pc to the same net-segment.
