I just had the same issue a few minutes ago. I went into Services on the AACC server and just restarted CCMA IceRTDService, and that did fix it. Is that the service you reset?

Yes it is co-res, I did check the License Manager and start it but at first it did'nt resolve the problem until a reboot and everthing came up normally this morning. Thanks for the reply dj4020..
