I just noticed that under CTI Route Point our TransfertoVM is not registered it just says unknown. I am going to reset it to see what happens.- jeter2

Yes so far as I can tell all are registered and operational, the tech from the TAC Case mentioned something about a "bug". But have not heard much more from them regarding it.- jeter2
